Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) applies to all users of the Provendorprocurement platform (the “Service”) operated by Daros Systems, Inc., a Delaware corporation (“Daros,” “we”). It supplements and is incorporated by reference into our Terms of Service. In the event of a conflict, the Terms of Service prevail.

By using the Service you agree not to engage in the conduct described below and to ensure your employees, contractors, and anyone else you grant access comply with this AUP. We may update this AUP from time to time; material changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date.

We may investigate suspected violations of this AUP. Depending on severity, we may apply one or more of the following measures:

For severe violations — including active security incidents, ongoing spam campaigns, fraud, or conduct that puts other users at risk — we may act immediately without prior notice. Where we act with notice, we will give you a reasonable opportunity to remediate before escalating.

8. Reporting abuse

If you believe a user of the Service is violating this AUP — for example, sending you unsolicited RFQs, harvesting vendor data, or impersonating another organization — please report it to abuse@provendor.io. Include the sender's email, any message headers, and a description of the issue so we can investigate.

Security vulnerabilities should be reported to security@provendor.io. We appreciate coordinated disclosure and will work in good faith with researchers acting responsibly.

9. Changes

We may update this AUP to address new risks, features, or legal requirements. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
