No. Provendor is a standalone platform. It works independently and produces clean exports (Excel, PDF) that you can use in any system. ERP integration is available only for Enterprise customers who need it.
Starter is free forever. You get 4 vendor discoveries, 20 AI runs, 6 RFQs, and 50 emails every week — limits reset weekly so you can keep using Provendor regularly even on the free tier. No credit card required.
Startup ($149/mo) is for small teams running their first procurement cycles — 15 discoveries, 600 AI runs, and 15 RFQs every week with up to 3 seats. Pro ($449/mo) is for procurement teams up to 10 people — 75 discoveries, 3,000 AI runs, 75 RFQs every week, and the full AI comparison engine with up to 10 seats. All quotas reset weekly.
Per organization, flat-rate. Startup is $149/mo total (includes 3 seats), Pro is $449/mo total (includes 10 seats). No per-user surprises — the price you see is the price you pay.
Provendor searches 20M+ vendors via Google Places and web extraction. AI analyzes each company's website to check fit against your requirements, extracts contact information, removes duplicates, and delivers a cleaned shortlist.
Yes. All data is encrypted at rest and in transit. Vendor portal links use 256-bit tokens with expiry. Role-based access controls ensure team members see only what they need. Full audit trail on all actions.
Absolutely not. Each vendor gets a unique token link and can only access their own RFQ documents. They cannot see other vendors, their submissions, or any competitive information.
Provendor is built for any team that runs procurement — construction, engineering, infrastructure, industrial, energy, and technical projects. If you send RFQs and compare quotations, Provendor is for you.
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade anytime. When upgrading, you get immediate access. When downgrading, your current plan stays active until the end of the billing period.
Three things, end-to-end. (1) Plan generator — upload a BOQ or programme and AI proposes packages with a 4-phase lead-time breakdown (RFQ prep + vendor response window + negotiation + manufacturing) and a priority bucket. (2) Quotation comparison matrix — reads every submitted quotation against the RFQ documents, returns an executive summary, a side-by-side line-items-by-vendor matrix, per-vendor strengths/weaknesses/value-adds/efficiency notes, severity-tagged differences, a scoring breakdown, and an explicit recommendation with caveats. (3) Polish my notes — for clarifications and extension requests, you type a plain-English decision ("approve 5 days only, no further extensions") and the AI rewrites it into a polished professional reply. AI assists your judgment — it never replaces it.
When you click Analyze, the AI reads every quotation document plus the underlying RFQ documents and required-submissions checklist. It scores each vendor against the RFQ spec AND against the other vendors side-by-side. The output includes: an executive summary you can read in 30 seconds, a comparison matrix (line items × vendors), per-vendor strengths and weaknesses with quoted evidence, value-adds and efficiency notes (COP/EER/payback where applicable), severity-tagged differences (minor / material / critical), a 0-100 scoring breakdown across price, technical, commercial, delivery, and value-add, and an explicit award recommendation with caveats. The AI always quotes evidence verbatim from the documents.
Open any project to see a Primavera-style two-pane view: a WBS grid on the left (packages, RFQ stubs nested under them, priority pills, inline-editable required-by dates) and a horizontal timeline rail on the right with milestone diamonds at order deadlines and a "today" line. Click "Plan with AI" to upload a BOQ/programme or generate from project context — AI proposes packages with priority + a 4-phase lead-time breakdown. Long-lead engineered scopes (chillers, switchgear, generators, lifts, custom MEP, structural steel) get larger negotiation/response buffers. You can edit any number inline.
